A good price for a kilo of the flakes. I bought this to go with my new foot spa. A cupful in the water, stir and leave to disolve and stick your feet in and sit back, relaxing. There’s no scent from these flakes and it doesn’t seem to soften the water but you do notice when you take your feet out and dry them. It certainly softens the skin. I’ve got nerve damage in my feet and the nurse said there was a high risk of complications. So, you take notice of what the nurse says and keep looking after your feet. I bought a good foot bath, a good moisturiser and this bag of flakes. I actually enjoy the experience and my wife kindly clears it all up afterwards as I just sit back and relax.

It might be me but on first use, I may have put up much into my bath water. Sat in the bath for about 25 minutes, had loose stools for the next few days and kept running to the toilet, the amount of magnesium may have had an over effect on my system. Has anyone else had this effect!

I absolutely love this product! I came home after an 11 hour night shift with very sore legs and arms and after i had a bath with the magnesium flakes i felt recovered, relaxed and i was feeling so much better after one bath, will definitely be ordering again, and i 100% reccomend it!!

Bought on the recommendation of someone who advised it as an aid to helping a child who is a bad sleeper sleep through the night.We have used it twice so far & the child has slept through on both occasions. Need to use it a bit longer to make sure that this is not coincidence, but looking optimistic.

I put 2 good cups in a running bath. Sit in bath with pains in my muscles and joints. Come out the bath still in pain. 24/48 hrs later still in pain. Useless claims. I wouldnt buy again nor recommend. Buy something cheaper which lasts longer.

Prompt delivery and worked from the first go! I use it as a spray for spinal stenosis pains and also it’s good for people with hypothyroidism as it helps convert t4 to t3 hopefully it will work for me with this also.

I use these flakes to make my own ‘magnesium oil’ with distilled water. They have improved my health so much that and I would highly recommend them as a natural source of magnesium, especially if you have a defficiency and need to raise your levels, but also as I do to take a maintainance dose every day.

I put half a cup in warm water and rested my feet in it for 20 mins as instructed – I could feel it coming into my system, I must have been very magnesium deficienct because it made me feel light headed/giddy – in a pleasant way. The next day I had the same and didn’t feel giddy, just relaxed. Hard skin on feet soles also softened.
