a great alternative to painkillers. stays hot for quite a while and definitely relieves the pain. Doesn’t get to hot and can feel the heat after only a few minutes.

These work so well if you have severe back spasms it’s unreal. I have a congenital connective tissue disorder than can cause agonising pain, but although I have all sorts of drugs for it the thing that helps the most is these. I just put one on overnight and the next day the spasm has gone. Absolutely brilliant – safe and best of all drug free.

Having been plagued with lower back pain for some months now, I have tried everything. My friend recommended the heat patch as she had found it effective.Whilst I found it comforting and it certainly gets lovely and warm I cannot claim that it actually made any difference to the pain level. The pack claims “relief from muscular and joint aches and pains”.They are definitely worth a try.

I intermittently suffer with a bad back and have grown slightly addicted to these, feel very good especially in the chilly winter, definitely help sooth and reduce my lower back pain. Stays warm for a good 24hrs, only downside is that they stick to clothes so sometimes can see them and have had the comment of why do you have a sanitary pad stuck to your back! I’m not knocking any stars off for that though as does a really good job

First and for most. I buy the single version of these and they work amazingly. Unfortunately, this is bad as it does not stick very well to the skin. You need to hold it in place or it tends to fall off.

Wow wow wow amazing first time I’ve used these patches and does what it says on the box and more says 12 hours but last much longer will be buying more
What I really think –
I have used Cura Heat Pads for a long time and I find them great. Overall they are double the size of the standard one’s which are 4″ x 5″ so they are 8″ x 10″ and just as the photograph. I mainly use for muscle pain in lower back and last week spent one day suffering before I remembered to use them and boy did they make a difference the next day. Very easy to use – just attached to knickers for lower back and all day a lovely warm relieving soothing warmth that clearly relieved my back. I leave them on for 12 hours and then take them off. They are still lovely and warm 12 hours later. The relief seems to continue after taking them off. I have quite a sensitive skin but have no problems, you are advised to have the skin clean and clear and of course unbroken. So good I have a batch in now ready for the next time my back does a ping.
