Directions
Directions for Use: Cut or tear open the pouch and remove one KOOL ‘n’ SOOTHE Migraine soft gel sheet. Remove transparent film from the back of the gel sheet and discard. Place one KOOL ‘n’ SOOTHE Migraine soft gel sheet on the forehead or the back of the neck. If desired cut sheet to suitable size using scissors. To prevent drying store the unused gel sheet in the foil pouch by folding over the top. For best results use each gel sheet only once. Precautions: Use only as directed. For external use only. Avoid direct contact with the eyes and nostrils. If symptoms persist, consult your GP. Side effects or allergic reactions are unlikely. If such an effect occurs, consult your GP or pharmacist. If excessive redness, irritation, burning or discomfort of the skin develops, discontinue use immediately and consult your GP. The gel sheet will not stick to the skin if the skin is wet, or the gel sheet comes into contact with hair or clothing.

Bought about 80 of these (10 packs lol). I have to say they are great at initial relief for the head. I now combine this with an eye mask for migranes or when my head is too hot from a headache. They work well. Just be aware they may come loose from sleeping. I don’t really buy the 8 hours effect it is more like 3 or so as it gets hot around then from your head. Good product still!

I love these strips! as someone who suffers withs very debilitating migraines on a regular basis and takes prescription meds both daily (preventative) and during attacks (painkillers) i am frequently at my wits end with the pain and the disruption to everyday life. I’m not going to lie and say these strips have made everything ok (in my case that would be too much to ask) BUT these strips are really useful.They provide an additional aid in fighting the migraine battle and one i won’t be without again. I now buy these 3 packs at a time to make sure i never run out because they – somehow, i can’t really explain it – help. sometimes a huge amount, sometimes just to take the edge off and allow me to sleep through the hours of misery. the intense cool sensation seems to dull the pain, seems to almost divert some pain receptors to focus on the sensation of the strip and always soothes – even when nothing else gives additional relief (the variation in effect is down to the different ape sod migraine i get, not the strip – they are completely consistent).Not having to refrigerate them means they are always on hand in the bedroom (my migraines tend to start in the small hours), in my handbag – wherever you might need one. tear only the top of the pouch so you can roll it over to keep the second sheet fresh for use. This works very well. they are soft and shape easily to the contours of your forehead. and you don’t have to fight with the pack to extract them. HIghly recommended and non-medical so great if you already take meds or, in my case for my son, who sometimes gets migraines too.

Cools ya down a little, supposed to help soothe migraine, it helped bring one or two on for some reason so never used it and gave the rest to family members who do not suffer with migraine but wanted to have something extra to keep them cool, they said it worked for a few mins then the cool effect wore off

I have been using these for about a decade for migraines and tension headaches and while they don’t cure either condition they certainly provide relief and when used in conjunction with prescription medications seem to speed up recovery time. I wouldn’t be without them and I use about 1 box a week

Bought these as was concerned how many chemicals I was putting into my body by using paracetamol and the like, and didn’t want to damage my liver which is always a concern with over-the-counter medicines. These are easy to use, stay cool for ages, and can be placed anywhere from forehead to neck and shoulder, depending on where your headache is stemming from. Would recommend
