Love this stuff. It has so many different uses. If I feel a headache coming on I’ll rub it on my forehead or temples, and if my muscles are aching I’ll rub it in the affected area.Tip: what ever you do, do not get it in your eyes! It hurts like hell!

Arrived as one 21g pot and one 9g pot. Red and stinky. Made in India under licence from Haw Par Healthcare Singapore. Red tiger balm is stronger than the original white, it is very good for muscle injuries as it can be absorbed through the skin, it is very warming however due to the colour it may stain clothing. Used this tiger balm straight away and found it to be the real deal. Delivery was quick and well packaged.

This is amazing for muscle aches and bruises. I purchased it for use after my muay thai training because your shins take quite a bit of damage. I recently got a rather more severe bone bruise which was causing me some greif.This is really waxy in consistency but not sticky and doesn’t leave residue all over your hands etc. It’s warming to start with and then feels cooling on the skin.It also smells great; kinda like ‘Vik’s’ rub but with cinnamon, creating a slightly more herbal smell.Would definitely recommend.Only thing is I’ve found it looks a lot smaller than I was expecting so next time I’d maybe purchase a set of 3 together for better value.

Purchased as I’m getting old and achey, this is particularly pungent in smell. The pot is tiny and very expensive but you don’t a lot on application as a little goes a long way. It does seem to help with the aches and pains.
