I was told by the doctor that I have inflammatory arthritis and to take an anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen. Ibuprofen did nothing for it and I was still in pain each day which was getting worse. Physio was another option that was recommended and I tried it to no avail. After searching online I find articles that say Turmeric/Cucumin work like a magic cure for all. I was very sceptical at first but chose to order some from Nu U Nutrition, I chose a brand that I recognised from Holland and Barrett as you are putting them in your body after all.After taking them for a few days I felt the benefits immediately. The pain went away and I was so relieved to be able to do normal things again such as climbing stairs. After a few months I put them to the test and did a 100km bike ride with no pain at all. Fast forward over a year and this is now a routine for me taking them every morning along with my multivitamin that I also now buy from Nu U Nutrition.Keep up the good work guys! According to various sources on the internet which I reviewed, organic Turmeric is considered to be very good for maintaining health : for example properties for anti-inflamatory, anti-oxidant, assisting brain function, assisting the immune system etcetera. The product from NuU is high potency compared with others and is good value when bought in the 365 capsule package. We recommend it !

These are fantastic, they are the best I’ve tried. I have issues with my back, shoulders, neck and knees and I can barely walk if I’ve not taken these. I take two at night and two in a morning they are a life saver. My husband is now taking them, he used to take some that were three times the price of these, he says these are much better, he can really feel the difference.

This company is trying to pull a fast one here to some extent, and given the ratings, most people are falling for it! This bottle does NOT provide the generally recommended daily therapeutic dose for inflammatory ailments. You would need to take 3-4 of these tablets a day to get the typically recommended levels of curcuminoids (the active ingredient). So one bottle will only last about 4 months – not a year. Take one a day and you’re getting a pretty low daily dose of the key ingredients.So this is not the higher potency than most product the company are touting it to be.This needs to be pointed out.
