Snacking Tips – Fruits

Most fruits are naturally low in calories, sodium and fat – with zero cholesterol! Fruits are packed with potassium, fibre, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and many phytonutrients to keep you healthy.

Just remember to keep to 100 kcal to count as one of your daily snacks. This is roughly 30 grapes or 23 medium strawberries.

Exercise & Water

Go on, get a couple of extra steps in. Why not take the stairs or get some fresh air during lunch?

    I like all of the contents of this box and using on the Fast800 it makes my fast day easier to calculate. You will lose weight if you stick to it using their plan too I expect – plenty snacks! As I do not like the porridge or the noodles (yuk) this is the only starter pack I would buy, as the shakes are already made up for you they are so convenient (and taste better for some unexplained reason). Bought for £17.49 which was an excellent price.

    I have now followed this plan for two weeks. 11lbs lost in the first week even with a night out !!. The second week also feels good. I want a quick 2 stone off and I think I will do this in three weeks. What you wont get from the reviews is how good the 7 meal suggestions are. I decided to follow it to the letter with the suggested evening meals and I can honestly say I will be using these meals many years after this “diet”. Really good tasty food. Been around for years but mixing these replacements with actual good food is brilliant. It was recommended to me and I laughed but genuinely as happy as can be.

    some of the items are very high in calories, your better off eating salads and raw veg I will not be buying any of the slimfast products from Amazon again I should have sent it all back as the chocolate bars were and still are turned white so I don’t know how long this package had been on a shelf. very disapointed

    Arrived quickly and complete. I bought two of these kits and used them consecutively. I stuck to the plan rigidly and the first week I lost 4lbs and the second week 2lbs, so overall I am pleased with the results. The products are all reasonably pleasant, except for the latte shakes but that’s personal taste. I will use this again kit in the future.

    I am now over 2 stone lighter having followed this plan, losing this weight within 2 months. I am still using the Slimfast products as I enjoyed them so much, not so much the porridge but love the milkshakes and bars. I add frozen berries to my shakes and they are delicious. I have simply added in standard porridge and home made soups and am still losing weight, albeit more slowly now.

    Got to admit – this works! 10lbs lost in 4 weeks including being on holiday for 3 of those where I ate and drank quite a lot though substituted one of the three meals a day with a Slimfast meal. Week 1 was the hardest in that I realised how “habitual” my snacking was but after some weeks of trying this – and a much reduced waistline – it’s worth all the effort. Was trying to lose a stone and nearly there but now going to try at least for another half stone to a stone. I love the convenience of being able to take the full day’s food in my laptop bag to work and then only thinking about whether I have a slap up breakfast, dinner or tea!My advice would be to set a alarm on your phone to remind you when to eat the snacks they provide – someone mentioned this is good to keep the metabolism going. It’s funny how after a while the shakes or bars feels “enough” and how some regular everyday meals can leave you feeling too full. I have eaten a lot of salads – but always with cooked meats and also complemented the diet with fruit smoothies to make me feel fuller. First week I lost 6lbs. The fact I only lost 4lbs in the next three weeks is due to the fact I was eating and drinking to excess for a lot of my holiday.

    Completed this morning and 8lbs down in 7 days. Not easy- but works if you stick to it. It’s obviously not gourmet dining- but it’s certainly palatable (if it was too delicious then I’d probably of eaten the whole box in one sitting). Perfect for me, I have a young baby so I can grab this in the day (no washing up!) and have a 600kal family meal in the evenings. Just ordered week 2… will keep going till the novelty wears offMaybe on week 2 I’ll consider doing the exercise bit
