Not long received, and new to a beard, but have started to use this and it works well as a guide to remove areas of hair that don’t look right. Delivered very quickly and good communication from seller. Otherwise it’s difficult to get too excited about, what is essentially, a bespoke plastic comb.

I bought this item for a stocking filler for my son’s christmas, as I think it’s a really good idea and it would make shaping his beard a bit easier I also bought the cape to go with it,would definitely recommend this product and this seller

First of all, I shave using a shavette or straight razor. In effect, the rating is conditioned by that. I would not change shaving method to be able to use the tool, I would go ahead and give it a one out of five, or zero if possible.Frankly, you cannot be too precise with this tool and you still have to have an eye for detail, that’s because when you get close to it the shaving is not ideal, if not actually impossible. Hence, I give it a three as it is being marketed quite as a highly efficient tool, but in reality it can be impractical. I also give a three, ergo a slightly above average consideration, because it is made of a strong and nice looking material.The best way to use it is to put shaving soap on your face then use the tool to get an idea of the beard shape you are after and then put it over the soap and remove it with the tool. Then, you would shave the area which still has soap on. That works good when you need to reshape your beard lines, but if you are set and can shave well without the need of such tool, then it becomes useless. That means it is not a tool to use for each and every shave.Hence, 3 out of 5.

It’s difficult to provide a full summary at this time because, quite simply, I’ve not used it yet.I’m waiting until I’ve reached a period of 4 weeks, when my beard will be more fully grown, to give me a chance to use the shaper and my shaver/trimmer – but I believe it’s shape looks ideal for the trimming I will be carrying-out.

One of those impulse gadgets I thought I would give a go, now thrown in the back of the draw!!! Bit too much of a faff to use if i’m honest, some may find it useful. After using I found I had to still trim and shape as I had missed bits using this. Waste of money for me! I would have returned it if I had remembered to

The curved and ‘L’ shaped parts are great for tidying and shaping, but the razor blades do not run as smoothly over the plastic edges of this divece in comparison to others I have used,

OK if you only use it as a guide to mark your face with a pen first, using it directly with a razor is not easy and the blade hitting the comb edge doesn’t make for the kind of sharp edge suggested

Great itemFeels sturdy and made of a good material, doesn’t feel like you can snap it. It’s rather big? Didn’t imagine it to be as big as it is to be honest but I guess it makes seem because it needs to have a decent span due to being used on your face.Shaping your board is easy, position for desired style and use your shaver accordingly.The item packaging was very nice and comes in an envelope as seen in attached pictures with different cuts on the back as can be seen on the product listing pictures on Amazon.Overall a nice idea, not sure I’d actually use it all the time as it’s not something that I personally remember each time I maintain my beard however it is a good idea.** I hope you found this helpful, if anyone has any questions before they buy feel free to ask.
