My daughter prefers this shape spoon to the more deeper ones by MunchkinThe colour change when food is too hot is a good indicator, but I think they are a little too sensitive.Since the plastic is so soft they warp if you put them in a steam steriliser and if your bowl of washing up is also too hot they will warp

I’ve been using these to help feed my mum who has dementia and she is determined to bite down on her cutlery. If she has metal we’re afraid she’ll break her teeth or if plastic she’ll break the spoon and swallow the shards. These are a big help.

Great idea but they seem to have quite a low tolerance for heat – sometimes its white but I test the food and its lukewarm. I did use one to stir the porridge on the hob and it melted so don’t use it for any cooking! Perfect size and depth for feeding a baby – my son enjoys eating off them,

These didn’t work for me. The idea is a good one but only 2/4 of the spoons turned white when I tested in hot water to clean the spoons before use.

These are a great idea. However they have started to discolour from using sweet potato and carrots etc. They are washed straight after use so it’s a little disappointing that they have stained.

Not appropriate for my 6m baby as he feeds bigger bites and this is too tiny a scoop. Now he just plays with it while eating with other better spoons.

Great spoons for weaning as the temperate indicator is very very useful in early stages on weaning being a first time parent! Sometimes they are white when the food is only luke warm and one of them has started to discolour after carrot. But these are cheap enough to replace if they get really bad.

Our favorite spoons to use for mealtime. Spoons are a bit on the sensitive side, so you will only err on the side of food being too cold. It also helps to rinse them under cold water, to “reset” them, before testing food temperature again. They also have a nice, soft, flexible tip which has been helpful for feeding our now-13-month old, but have been using them since he was 5 months old. Have bought two packs we are so pleased!
