I purchased this as I have a badly injured shoulder and needed cold therapyThis is more like deep heat than a freeze spray, I suppose it would be fine for someone who needed heat therapy but for me it is not, just wanted to warn others

Best painkiller spray ever !! my chiropractor uses this and I swear by it , i recommend it to everyone, the roll on or spray are excellent in delivering fast pain relief , my dad uses it on his hand after a stroke has left him with painful hands, i use it on hip and lower back , also when i get a dreaded stiff neck/ shoulder …. Fantastic product!

Biofreeze gives me fantastic relief from the deep ache I get in my hips, knees, solders, elbows and wrists caused by the fibromyalgia. Although, it doesn’t seem calm the other pain that I get, such as stabbing, electric type pain. I would highly recommend. Also a fairly pleasant smell- menthol.

The name Biofreeze is a fantastic attention grabbing and professional sounding name – enough to make me purchase this product to help me with my ankle injury.In practise, I didn’t find it very effective compared with applying ice or applying anti inflammation cream and massaging the area.

I would be lost without this. Used for knots of pain in my back. Brace yourself when you spray it on. It isn’t Called Biofreeze for nothing. I then rub quite hard into the knots then spray a little more on the top. Wash your hands immediately. Within a couple of minutes relief is felt. It lasts a couple of hours. Have used it on knees too. I have tried many cold relief products. This is definitely the best.

There is one downside to this product that it does not work after a short while and has to be poured into the hand to apply. It gives relief for a short period but used in conjunction with the bio freeze gel is satisfactory. I do reorder when I need to as any relief is better than none.
