Kool n Soothe Fever is designed to provide immediate cooling relief to your hot/ feverish child, without the need for preparation, the gel sheets are ready to use straight from the pack. When placed on the forehead the gel sheet provides a gentle cooling sensation for up to 8 hours, giving maximum comfort to your child and reassurance for you. Kool n Soothe Fever gel sheets are safe to use with medication.
Directions
Cut or tear open pouch and remove one Kool’n’Soothe Soft Gel Sheet. Remove transparent film from the back of the gel sheet and discard. Place gel sheet on skin. If desired, cut sheet to suitable size with scissors. Store unused gel sheet in the foil pouch to prevent drying. For best results, use each sheet only once.

I use it for myself as it is about the same size as the adult ones and costs less. They are available for £1 in cheap shops but can’t always yet them so have to pay these prices, although they are pretty similar in normal supermarkets.

It’s the winter season, meaning kids with colds and infections is the common occurrence. Recently had all 3 of mine down with infections and extremely high fevers that weren’t coming down much with calpol.I spent the night wetting towels and applying to try to bring their temps down and keep them comfortable. Then I remembered my husband buying some cooling gel strips by the same brand, designed to deal with migraines and they had been an absolute life saver for me, so I did a quick amazon search and amazingly they had a similar product for children with fevers.It arrived the next day and instantly made for an easier night, it definitely lasted longer than the 8 hours it says on the packet. It has a cool gel on the strip that initially made my son cry when applied due to the cold sticky feel, but helped him sleep through the night keeping his temperature down where nothing else seemed to be working.

Bumped heads or anywhere else, fever, headaches, twisted ankle. These are fantastic, the gel like material sticks to your skin and allows u keep it on your child when they’re asleep or won’t sit still. Fantastic for my headaches too! And cheaper here than in the supermarkets
