This is great for keeping cool while working outside or exercising. You can wear it like a headband. Works great. Would highly recommend to those who get exertion headaches. It is also good for migraine.

I suffer which chronic migraines and this is a little lifesaver. I use kool n soothes religiously and that won’t change (purely because I can put them exactly on the source of the pain) but sometimes I need a quick fix that won’t pull off my makeup or to relieve a tension headache where my hair is and this comes in SUPER handy – the one downside is it takes a couple of hours to cool enough for me to use it or I have to keep it in the freezer and let it defrost slightly before I use it – not quite as efficient as I would like especially when a migraine strikes you need relief immediately in case you are unable to move later on. Great if you have a carer tho because then they can bring it to you

Excellent. Finally an ice cold wrap that my daughter can put on her head and still move. She finds it useful to pace when she’s in pain and it’s nice to not have to hold the ice pack on. Recommended.

This is a great product, well made and seems reasonably priced when compared to similar products. The elasticated Velcro strap keeps it in place and the gel pack covers the whole forehead.The instructions suggest an hour for best results but, as others have mentioned, it will start to harden if left for too long. Personally I found that 20/30 minutes was about right for me. After an hour it was a little too ice like and too cold for comfort although still flexible. Thankfully I’ve not had a severe headache, since purchase, to fully put it through its paces but with its “hands free” nature it’s already way better than the bag of frozen peas!

Cold helps to ease my migraine pain as does pressure around my head. This does both, it’s adjustable so you can make it as tight or loose as you want. Going to get another so I can wear one and have one in the fridge!

Brilliant while it’s cold.The cool packs get warm very quickly but while they are cold they work wonders. The head wrap it’s self is really comfortable and you can start out with the blue material bit on your forehead rather than the netting part which is nice as straight out of the freezer the netting does not do a lot to protect from freezer burn and can be too much. Then as it stars to defrost but still cold you can have the nesting side on your forehead.I get terrible migraines, sinus headaches, nerve pain head aches, dental head aches and the head pain associated with ME and this just helps so much. I use it as I wait for my pain killers to kick in and then as an extra something because the pain killers are never enough.I would recommend.It was well packaged.
