The Salus story
Salus Haus is German company founded in 1916 by Dr. Med. Greither.
Dr. Med. Greither studied medicine, dentistry and neurology and had a successful career as a surgeon at Munich Hospital. Motivated to find a cure for his own illness, Dr. Greither travelled extensively studying the nature of nutrition in countries all over the world. It was Greither himself who, thanks to his wide medical training, followed by years of professional experience and scientific curiosity, thoroughly researched his own illness and cured himself. That was the birth of the Salus cure, which was the basis for the founding of the Salus company.
A family-run business
From humble beginnings the company has gone from strength to strength and employs over 400 people at their headquarters in Bruckmühl.
Salus Haus recently celebrated their 100 year anniversary and they look to the future with optimism as sales of their products continue to grow and they distribute their products to over 65 countries around the world.
To this day, Salus Haus is still a family business and is run by the founders’ son, also named Otto Greither, alongside his fellow director, Dr Florian Block.

In the early 1990’s Mr Greither purchased herb farms in Chile. Southern Chile’s unspoilt environment at the foot of the Villarrico Volcano offers ideal conditions for the cultivation of organic raw materials: crystal clear glacial water is available for irrigation, the soil had not been chemically treated, the air is, thanks to the remote position, largely free of pollution. The cultivation not only supplies Salus with raw ingredients, it also creates jobs for local people and serves biodiversity so that the wide varieties of plant species and maintained for future generations.

I’ve been having cancer treatment for 9 months, I finished chemo 7 months ago and radiotherapy 5 months ago. I’m still having immunotherapy treatment and have been back at work full time for 4 months, but since going back to work properly (after phased return) I have been suffering with fatigue. I thought I’d have to just get through it till treatment finishes, then a friend recommended these and I’m so glad she did. A few days after I started taking them I felt like I was alive again. I never knew what fatigue was before and I don’t think I could adequately explain the tiredness I felt but I was in a permanent head fog and couldn’t think straight, I had no energy at all, I couldn’t get enough sleep and there were no clear moments. I had the memory and clarity of an old person (no offence intended but I’m only 44 so not that old). I was constantly exhausted, it’s an awful way to feel and it makes everything hard work. When I say I feel alive now I mean it, I feel like I’ve woken up from hibernation. My brain is working again and I’ve got energy! My kids are getting a bit sick my singing and joking though, I get a lot of eye rolling lol. Also, the house is tidy at last! If you’re feeling tired all the time and rubbish, give them a try. It could be coincidence that I happened to come alive after taking these but it could be because of these, it’s worth a try at least. I’m definitely going to stick with them.For any fellow cancer patients, I checked with my onco first and she said they’re fine to take. Check with yours first x

Very happy with this product and been using it for a long time now. During the week I get very little seep so having one of these in the morning has been giving me the energy to get through the work day. I’ve often found supplements and vitamins do very little, or at least not noticeable whereas with these pills you can feel the difference. Recommended.

Oops I thought I bought the drink not the tablets. I guess that’s ok. I just like the taste of the liquid form. I should have read the title. Idiot.DO NOT CHEW THE TABLETS! I was very hung over and assumed because the drink is yummy so would the tablets be. Nope! The taste stays in your mouth for ages. It doesn’t say their chewable, again, I should have read the box.Oh, duh, something you’ll probably want to know is floridix is great! I get iron problems all the time and since chilling out on the meat my mood has been awful. I felt very depressed and tired, which are both symptoms on b12 and iron. Floradix has both! I’m pretty sure these are doing their job. I am a blood donor and on a visit around September 2017 I was told I had low iron levels. I failed the “quick test” and scraped a pass on the electronic analyser. I don’t get much iron in my diet and giving blood regularly can make your levels low. Since taking these, I have passed every iron level test with flying colours. I’m a runner too, and iron levels are important – since learning I had low iron levels and taking these tablets my performance has improved a little, maybe the tablets helped. Overall, my experience means I will continue to buy them, at least until I get a grip and start eating healthier!

Really helped when needed an iron boost. My acupuncturist recommended this and glad they did. Helped with light headedness and dizziness. Not the best tasting syrup but not the worst either
