Don’t waste your money. Do not help reduce the pain of a regular headache, let alone a migraine. Cold cucumber slices are much more effective.

Love these for migraine relief. Also discovered they are great to wear whilst sleeping to prevent the onset of migraine in the morning, which is a common issue for me. I now buy enough of these on regular order to use one every night

They do cool your skin down, but don’t stick to your skin very well, so you have to hold them on. Not good if you need to move around. I went back to my ice pack.
