Medela’s Breast Milk Storage Bags enables you to store extra breast milk in the fridge or freezer, so you baby won’t need supplementary food or liquids if their demand changes.
The ready-to-be-used Breast Milk Storage Bags make storing, transporting and warming of your breast milk, convenient and hygienic. The bags have a freezer-proof, double zipper protection to prevent leaking and are more space-saving than using bottles. The flat shape of the bags ensures milk thaws quickly and the durable material is safe for freezer storage.
The food-grade, BPA-free bags have heat-sealed seams that prevent them from tearing, splitting or cracking. Every bag has a large area for easy labelling and dating.
Packs contain 25 or 50 bags and come with a transport pouch to keep the bags clean and organised.

I’ve used quite a few freezer bags in the last year that I have expressed breast milk, and these are definitely my favourite. They are amazing quality, none have leaked when defrosting, they are easy to write on, the stack easily in the freezer and I would never bother with any other brand bags again.

I’ve used a handful of these bags and 2 of these have leaked in my freezer so have lost 2x 3oz bags. Haven’t had an issue with any other brand of freezer bags I’ve tried and no idea why these are leaking.Disappointed doesn’t cover it. Waste of money and I’ve lost milk and will need to defrost it out of my freezer drawer.Don’t bother.

Can’t fault these. Have been using for 3 – 4 months. None have leaked and can be frozen nice and flat in the freezer. Only issue is when pouring from the bag into a bottle or cup – tip is to use the breast pump flange as a funnel. This would be true of any bag.

These bags are a god send. I was expressing a lot as my baby was premature and in hospital for 9 weeks, so my freezer was getting full with bottles.. so these bags just made my freezer space better! In Asda they have their own brand for £4 which i started to buy once I released they were just as good.

Really nice, sturdy bags that are easy to use. I pump into sterifeed bottles and transfer to bags for freezing, so I don’t mind that the quantity is impossible to measure using the bags themselves! Far easier to use and better quality than the lansinoh version.

These are the best milk storage bags I have used so far.Easy to use and store.I love the double zipper protection, makes them feel very secure and haven’t had a leak yet. Also the large area for labelling and dating is also a big plus.Would definitely recommend!

I was concerned at first because some people had bad experiences. So far no problems at all and I’ve used 40 out of the 50 in this package. As long as you follow the instructions and take all the air out before closing it, you’ll be fine.Tip: store it within a Ziploc bag once in the freezer because the milk touches the entrance and you don’t want that in contact with the rest of the stuff on your freezer.

I thought these were great when I used them previously. But i have had issues with this batch. The bags have leaked when I have defrosted them, which means I cannot guarantee the milk inside is not contaminated. Therefore I have had to throw away 15 litres of breast milk and use formula instead. Really not happy. I would recommend anyone using these test a couple to check if they are leaking rather than freeze 50 bags and go back to it later. Had I known earlier I would have bought replacement bags a long time ago and not wasted so much milk.
