This product is good value for money,compared to other brands,and appears to equal, if not exceed, the strength of contents in the capsules.Have been taking this product now for several months,and no longer have the joint/muscular pain i had before,which i put down to the anti-inflammatory properties of Turmeric,accelerated greatly by the addition of black pepper {If you choose to try Turmeric as a supplement,you MUST take it combined with black pepper for faster results}I would recommend this product completely.

Last year I started having pain in my left knee. Had it checked out to find it was wear and tear arthritis. It’s mainly in the morning when I wake up. I was told about Turmeric is worth trying as it helps arthritis. I have been taken 1 capsule per day for the last week and a half. I have definitely noticed a difference. And my knee has improved. I use a cream as well that the doctor gave me. And I also bought some cod liver oil capsules that I also bought on Amazon the same time, that I also take 1 a day. Hopefully it will improve once I have taken these capsules for a longer period. These are definitely worth trying if you are suffering pain in joints.

I have suffered with arthritis in my feet for a couple of years now – I don’t like taking anti-inflammatory medication and have been using creams.Somebody recommend I try these and already only one week later – the pain has halved – I cant believe how much they have helped!converted!!!

I have bought these on and off for the last year or so.I took them for 6 months and had a short break, the difference for inflammation in my body was marked when I stopped taking them. So I done a lot of research on these i didn’t buy the for me I bought them for my American bully/ big furbaby who has had stiffness in front legs instead of pumping him full of expensive drugs from the vets i thought I would give these ago first so it’s been 3 days and I have noticed a difference in him he’s not as stiff and on his walks he has more energy so I will keep using they do seem to be helping thankfully and I will be buying againSo that was a couple of months ago and iam still buying them they are helping my doggy
