Currency and Pricing

All Windsormart prices are stated in Pakistani Rupees (Rs or PKR).

Address Verification

Please note that goods will not be delivered until address has been verified as that belonging to customer or nominated by him/her for Gift Deliveries . This is a fraud prevention measure.

Payment transactions

For any payment transactions through this website, the Windsormart name of “Windsormart Limited” will appear on the cardholder statements. “Windsormart” will clearly display all prices, unless the stock is unavailable. All transactions will be billed in Pakistani Rupees.

How do I cancel or amend my order?

If for any reason you need to cancel or change your order, please email us within 2 hours of placing the order. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way to you as quickly as possible, so the sooner we hear from you, the better!

Formation of Contract

The contract is formed only when the goods are dispatched by Windsormart.

Warranties

Our products are supplied by a range of UK and European suppliers.  And being shipped in Pakistan these warranties may not be valid. we do not act or represent any brand warranties . So please ensure that before placing orders you are 100% satisfied . However we GUARANTEE that the product listed on Windsormart will never be sourced outside EU and will be 100% GENUINE.

Errors or Omissions

Windsormart  is entitled at any time to correct all errors and in any advertising, quotation, pricing, invoice or acknowledgement. While our best efforts are made to keep our stock levels and pricing accurate we cannot be responsible for any errors in stock levels and pricing.

Description of Products

Windsormart relies on information from its suppliers and product manufactures. Descriptions, illustrations and literature are therefore not binding on Windsormart. If the goods do not match the description on Windsormart website, the buyer should inform Windsormart within 02 hours of the receipt .

Delivery

Windsormart reserves the right to dispatch the buyer’s order in one delivery or by instalments. Any quotations of delivery times by Windsormart are made in good faith but are estimates and Windsormart shall not be bound by such quotation.

Out of Stock Products and Back-orders

If a product is ordered but later found to be out of stock Windsormart reserves the right to put the order on back order and confirm a suggested ETA with the customer. The customer may ask Windsormart to either find or offer an alternative (similar) product (if an alternative option is available) price differences will need to be paid by the customer if the cost is higher or if cheaper the difference refunded by Windsormart to the customer or if the ETA is too far away, offer a full refund to the customer.

 

Returns, Replacements and Refunds

We want all Windsormart customers to be a happy with their online purchase. When required, please ask Windsormart online help or on social media for expert advice before you make a purchase.  Windsormart is not required to offer a refund if the Buyer decided they do not want the goods anymore after the purchase. The only exception is when the goods are damaged by the delivery process untll it gets to the address given.

An you must  contact our Customer Service before returning any product. and incase of damages they must be returned within 24 hours at the buyer’s expense to our given address, in original condition and with packaging.

Faulty Replacement

All faulty replacements need to be approved by Windsormart and the product must be damaged to qualify for replacement.

The Faulty Return Policy does not cover damage from misuse, accident, negligent, inappropriate or improper operation, maintenance, installation, modification or adjustment.

 

Shipping of faulty products

The shipping or delivery of items for return for credit or fault to the returns team is the responsibility of the customer. Windsormart will organise the return freight for the replacement product back to you. This is standard RTB (return to base procedure). If the wrong product has been supplied at Windsormart’s error e.g. you ordered a Lipstick and received a Baby Diaper, then Windsormart will pay the return freight for you, this will be done by either carrier pickup at your premises or reimbursement of the freight cost at the same cost that was charged you to send the original item (depending on product and service team depends on what method above is used).

 

Windsormart’s Liability and Maintenance Guarantee

The buyer shall ensure that the goods ordered are fit and suitable for the purpose for which they are required before purchasing and Windsormart is under no liability if they are not. The Faulty Return Policy does not cover damage from misuse, accident, negligent, inappropriate or improper operation, maintenance, installation, modification or adjustment. Windsormart’s liability under this contract and in this clause is confined to the buyer, it being agreed that Windsormart has no liability to any purchaser of the goods from the buyer in that the buyer’s rights under the contract are not assignable without the prior written consent of Windsormart.
