Good value for money ..would buy again everything you need for the first few months of pregnancy. I took these before I conceived as well .

When I fell pregnant I obviously wanted to take care of myself so I bought these as these were the most comprehensive ones I found in the market. Would recommend.

I used pregnacare max throughtout my first pregnancy and I’m back to using it again with my second. Excellent product would highly recommend, it’s worth spending that bit of extra money to know your baby is getting all it needs from a great quality product. Also very handy to have the days on to keep track of what you’ve taken.I followed on to the their breastfeeding vitamins last time and will hopefully do the same this time.

Found out i was pregnant beginning of July and friend recommended me taking theses before i had all my routine blood test and the bloods came back clear! So pleased that theses vitamins are giving me and my baby to right goodness (a long with balanced diet)..ive now “subscribe and save” so they only £13 month plus get delivered to my door. Great service! No complaints!

had this for 34days and altho bombastic health affects at first good blood flow feelin in body boy can it backfire I was massively constipated the whole time but as I was pregnant thought it was that but I started to feel so unwell dizzy nauseous the fish would repeat and the metallic overflux of mixed metals blistered my mouth burnt holes in the flesh of my forehead know its from the tablets as all tastes the sameif it does this to my forehead what did it do to my inner organs dangerous cos v toxic cocktail
Annie Hammett –
They do the job but taking three large tablets is a little much and can make you rather constipated. I finished off the month supply then went back to using the original ones
Deborah –
Perfect for making hair grow

These are so hard to swallow if you have morning sickness all day. I find myself gagging on them daily. Hopefully in a few weeks it will get easier to swallow them.
Shorty –
Used the non max pregnacare for first pregnancy with no issues, it was grwat. This max pregnacare gave me terrible heart burn and constaption and from reading on this product i am not alone. Once i stopped with it the side effects went away so sure was due to these. Im sure not all get but be aware it can course these effects. Doesnt seem to mention this on leaflets

It’s labelled with the days of the week to help you remember when or whether you’ve taken any, provided you haven’t forgotten for a week. I actually found that helpful during pregnancy when I was forgetful about everything, even basic things. Since I am unable to actively test myself regularly to see whether it works, I can only trust that it is working. I do feel more awake when I’ve taken them regularly though.
