At least for me it takes a good amount to get it to work noticeably in any way whatsoever which is a bit of a problem considering how small the container is.It seems to pull double duty as muscle pain relief and as an alternative vicks vapor rub. For me it makes a very unimpressive tingle and instead of warmth after a few minutes I got a cold sensation. Later it felt warm again but honestly I can’t quite tell it seemed to alternate between the two in a confusing manner.It did seem to mitigate some pain sensations with its sensations it also worked well on clearing your breath if you have a stuffy nose.Oh and it turns you yellow. Not the best product and a tad expensive considering the size. It did seem to gain effectiveness over time so my tip would be to scoop and slather on as a test and wait a while. If you use a thin layer it will do nothing.

Not too sure about this as it turned my foot red and very spotty the first time I used it (and not because it burns as it didn’t) just seemed to irritate me and didn’t help too much. Oh well Nothing ventured nothing gained.
