I’ve been using Rescue remedy for quite a number of years to help with my anxiety and it has really helped me to calm my nerves in situations like dates/interviews etc. I’m not sure what goes into it and It could just be a placebo effect i’m having so i’m reluctant to check however it seems to work so i’m more than happy with it! 🙂

Not sure if it was a placebo effect.. or if it actually worked. Either way it truly helped me.Im a nervous flyer, the doctor had prescribed diazepam for my flight however. I wanted to try something herbal before having to medicate myself with something stronger. I managed a 9 and a half hour flight without having to use the prescribed medication because of this.Fab product

My son is doing his GCSE’S and this remedy dropper has put him at ease. He has no nervous feelings going into an exam. This didn’t really help him to sleep ,but did relax him. He even takes a little in a small bottled drink if he has another exam in the afternoon. If this is a placebo for him then it has worked . Who am I to argue.
