Good price and delivery time. Unfortunately they give me stomach pains so no longer taking. Taken themnin the past with no problem and they work well. Vitamin D3 should be taken with co-factor Vitamin K2, preferably K2 MK4 to prevent calcification of the arteries etc.For those concerned about Vit D deficiency, Boron is a useful supplement to take according to some animal based scientific testing. Do your own research and see what you think.

Small tablets around the size of a 75mg aspirin. Needed in the dank, cold Autumn and winter months in Scotland!

Had severe vitamin d deficiency which caused my calcium levels to decline – this gave me back pain, restless legs, knee pain, weakness & depression. Taking these for about 1-2 months with sufficient calcium intake has helped me boost my levels back to normal and the symptoms are almost gone. Highly recommended.
