Salonpas Pain Relief Patch Medicated Plaster is used for the symptomatic relief of pain of Muscles, Joints, Strains, Sprains and bruises. it contains NSAID medicine Methyl Salicylate 105mg & Levomenthol 31.5mg. Salonpas patches are ultra-thin and discreet, they are easy to apply directly to the skin for targeted pain relief of the affected pain area. WHEN TO USE SALONPAS In most cases Salonpas Pain Relief Patch starts working within 10 mins of application and targets the pain to relieve aches and pains relating to muscles and joints, sprains, strains and bruises. The patch is flexible and stretchable so can be easily applied to moving joints for recovery of body parts such as Hand, Wrist, Elbow, Foot, Ankle, Knee, Hip, Back, Neck and Shoulders, and its suitable for night time use. HOW TO USE SALONPAS Clean and dry the affected area before applying the plaster. Peel back small amount of the plastic film and apply the adhesive part directly to the painful area on the skin, slide the rest of the film off one side and then the other side press down the plaster firmly. Apply 1 plaster to the affected area and leave in place for up to 8 to 12 hours. If pain recurs 8 – 12 hours after applying the first plaster, a second plaster can be applied. It might be a good product it you can actually get t on to your skin. I tried two. The first one stuck to itself and I couldn’t get it unstuck. The second attempt was a little more successful, at least I got half stuck to my skin, although the other half stuck to its self.

I received these today and have put one on my very painful knee which is sore because my hip is needing replaced, it has been on less than 2 hours and my knee is pain free for the first time in a long time, the only downside I can see to these patches is the very strong smell. However I can live with that to have my knee feel fine as my hip is so painful when they are both sore I am almost out of my mind it’s worse than toothache.

Bit expensive for what you get, I was expecting at least a larger patch for the price. You can buy smaller ones that work out at much better value.

I have muscle pain behind my knee & have tried so many things to relieve the pain… I thought maybe this would work but didn’t even touch it… bit disappointed 🙁

It says ‘minty scent’ NO NO NO NO. IT STINKS of GERMOLENE!! Plus ,says stretchy and flexible,so flexible it rolls itself up and comes off. Giving 1 star is exceedingly generous,. AVOID AVOID AVOID,TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.
