I have arthritic knees and suffer with a lot of pain. I have used prescription creams but they are not as effective as this balm. As soon as it arrived I thought I would try it and I was amazed at how effective it was – the relief was immediate. The pain can be at its worst during the night so I keep it by the bed. Again, relief in a matter of minutes. I have told others, including my physio, how good this product is. I would highly recommend it and suggest you give it a try – pleasant smell and absorbed easily. I will certainly keep this in stock at all times. Thank you for a fantastic product.

I have been using this cream for approximately 6 months for my athritic knees and I cannot believe the difference it makesI now am able to cycle twice a week and run once weekly. I have found the trick is to apply it about 20 minutes before you do any exercise and also after showering.I know am doing over 30 miles on the bike and 12 miles running. I also am no spring chicken!

I first bought this because I was starting to suffer with swelling, stiffness and soreness in my finger joints, which made me think I had early onset arthritis. Rather than taking ibuprofen continually or going to the doctor I looked for a natural remedy and found Boswellia. After using it for a few weeks (twice a day, at night and in the morning) the swelling went down a lot and the stiffness and soreness has just about disappeared, so I’m very pleased with this product. I only had early onset mild symptoms though; it may not work so well for people with more severe conditions.

I suffer with Osteoarthritis in my knees, and nothing seemed to ease the pain. I can say that this product has been very useful in that respect, and has given me some hours of comfort from very debilitating pain

I bought this cream to reduce swelling and stiffness in my fingers, think I’m in the early stages of Arthritis. To get the best results, you do have to apply the cream several times a day. The jar is a little too big and heavy to put in your handbag and it smells disgusting but as long as it works that’s the main thing.
