Really easy to swallow as they’re small. Great size bottle, and a good price for such a large amount. I bought them for my 15 year old daughter but decided to share them.I have noticed a surge in my energy levels, particularly early afternoon when I usually get a sudden slump and could easily sleep for a while.While taking these there is no slump and I feel good.With my 15 year old daughter I have noticed an improvement in her moods.

I’ve probably felt tired and fatigued since my mid/late 20s. For various reasons: diet, less activity etc. I’ve tried many things over the years, various vitamins and diet plans but nothing seemed to really work for my body/mind. I’ve been taking B12 for 2 weeks now and can really feel a difference. It might not work for everyone but for me it seems to be doing the trick. I usually take naps if I wake up super early but haven’t had a nap since taking these.

I have taken these for about a week now and I already am feeling the benefits. Of course this may possibly be a placebo but who knows! Its an easy to take pill and it’s good to see that they are natural ingredients and even good for vegans and vegetarians. I am not either of these myself but it is good to know :)Moreover the company is a small company and therefore the support is always a good thing to push smaller businesses into the lime light.

I have stopped using these on a daily basis, as they give me a headache. Not sure if it’s just these tablets or I just don’t need the supplemental b12 anymore, but haven’t had this problem in the past with other brands.

I have been taking B12 for 3 months and recently ordered these as they were cheaper than my usual brand. I have noticed no difference between these and the outrageously priced makes I see on the high street. I totally recommend these and will be buying again.

This product should have no stars however that is not an option with the review. I ordered this product and it took a bit longer to arrive than the other products that I had ordered at the same time. The bottle was sealed with plastic around but when I took the seal and lid off, the ‘Sealed for your protection’ is not sealed but has been opened. Unfortunately for safety reasons I am now not able to use the product. I am not sure of how and if I am able to send it back but regardless this has been a waste of time and money for a product that I needed for health reasons and am unable to use. Shocking!

Let’s face it, we are all getting old and every little bit helps when all the joints are aching and creaking. Since starting on the Vitamin C, B12 and D3/K2 products from Nutravita I seem to be creaking and aching slightly less. It is much easier getting up in the morning and getting going. Very easy to swallow and I have experience no heartburn or repeating unlike other products.I will be staying with this brand from now.

I’ve only had these for just over two weeks but could already tell the difference after about 4 days. They lifted me out of that nasty perimenopausal brain fog, and the effect lasts all day. Other reviews have mentioned headaches, and that might happen when you’re sensitive (first two days for me), but that stops fairly soon. They’re pretty strong, so I wouldn’t take them in addition to a broad spectrum multivitamin.

I really like the way that the small size & round shape of these pearls makes them very easy to swallow. It’s also good to know that they are 100% vegan – particularly since it’d probably mainly vegans & vegetarians who will be concerned about their B12 intake. I’ll definitely be sticking to this brand in future.
